REFUND & RETURNS POLICY 

We strive to make our coffee meet the same consistently high quality that you expect from us. However, should we not meet those standards, we are happy to assist you.

 

RETURNS 

Due to health and safety concerns we cannot accept any returns that have been opened unless they have arrived damaged or the coffee is defected.

 

If you have received a damaged product, reach out to us and we will exchange it with a replacement, which you will receive upon receipt of your returned damaged item(s).

 

We will notify you of receipt and replacement shipment.

 

REFUNDS

 

If you have received a defected coffee, we are happy to offer a refund as well as a replacement of your order. Your satisfaction as our customer is what matters most to us.

 

If you have received a defected coffee, please help us out by filling in the form below within 28 days of having received your order:

Upon receipt of your form, we will reach out to you to discuss refund and return options.

 

If you provide your shipping receipt we will include the cost of shipping (up to £5) in your overall refund. Please note that your payment method might affect this timeframe.
